iheart is really picking up steam, especially on mobile devices. Hard to go against them right now.

Here's a break down between tunein, pandora, and iheart. I dumped pandora years ago. Iheart is the only one I use on my phone at this point unless I need tunein for a college football game or something.

Not quite what you're looking for but OneDrive now lets you play music from your own library using the Xbox Music app.

Pandora is the best.. I still use Winamp myself.. Or you could use something like tuneinradio and find some good internet stations..
