This old car must go up the hill and come down the other side. It's one mile up and one mile down.
Going up the hill it averages a max of 15 mph.

To make the entire 2 mile trip at an average of 30 mph, how fast does the car need to go down the hill?

So to go up the hill at 15 mph for 1 mile will take 4 mins.
To travel 2 miles at 30 mph will take you 4 minutes.

So its a trick question. It would have to come down the back side at the speed of light.
