Exactly. People tend to forget that these kids should be going to college to get an education, not play football. Unfortunately some people see it only as a football team. We all want to win all our games, but in the end, it's still about education. Unfortunately, the education component is long gone.

Maybe not, but they don't know for sure until they investigate. The last two words on the note are "Or else." Those are generally agreed upon as being threatening. Better to take it seriously and be proven wrong, than to ignore it and have something awful happen.

USPS has a pretty robust inspections department that people aren't aware of. They bust quite a few criminals and potential criminals without much fanfare. Also, Texas may be one of those states that takes a hard-line stance on abusing the mail; there may be some state laws on the books that could lead to harsh prosecution.

And finally, there's the racial element and recent federal laws on hate crimes. Whomever the tard is who posted that, whether they meant it or they thought it would be funny or whatever, it's gonna suck to be them shortly.
