Anyone else take out game frustration by replaying it in a videogame?

I've been working in the computer lab/student lounge for about five hours now on a paper I should have done a week ago. Anyway, they have a couple of Xbox 360's, PS3s and Wiis available for students to play and right now I'm watching what must be the sixth time someone is playing Red Wings - Sharks on one of the consoles.

Oh yea. After the Flyers lost to the Rangers the second last game of the year, I took it upon myself to reenact the way it should have went. 21-0 Flyers, of course.

I used to have an 11-0 win over Calgary and a 9-0 win over Edmonton on a VHS tape that I would sometimes use to ease the pain in the dark times.
i had actually saved the HNIC 1 hour replay of the last regular season win (7-3 win over Calgary, Hank sets the pace for the Art Ross) in case the first round didn't go well, but has since run out of PVR room with the latest installments of Transformers and Terminator, and of course repeats of Co-Ed Confidential, season 3.

I can honestly say that I have never done this. Although I haven't owned a copy of the NHL franchise since 05. However I will be getting NHL 11 if the rumor that it will include all the CHL teams is true.

Yep, I start a franchise and then I trade away all the players who pissed me off in the last game. On sunday I did one with the hawks and I only left Kane on the team.

any other news on what that game will have? nhl10 is great and would be tough to top. i think they should add things like broken sticks and stuff. i doubt they can though since they have real sticks and equipment in the game. just like how in racing games they usually do not show damage since the maker might have a problem with it.
