So what your saying is Auburn has been tested by fire and has seen the big game scenario's, while FSU hasnt had to play a complete game yet and has not been tested under fire and faced adversity?

Seems this will be a good game, but the competition level does come into play at some point.

I am not bashing on Auburn.
Auburn had a fantastic season and deserves their #2 BCS spot.

I am using sober realties.
Auburn could easily have been a 5 loss team with even average luck.

But, they got a "once in a lifetime" combination of:
redhot skill players
insanely lucky bounces
inexplicable coaching meltdowns by the opponents
and possibly "divine help from the almighty" to go with A+ effort and A+ coaching.

Generally speaking 40 days layoffs don't help hot teams.
40 days is a long time for all that KARMA to fade a bit to reality.

Auburn probably wins if they played 4 weeks ago.
The layoff will hurt them far worse than it will Florida State.

Auburn barely beat Miss St. 24-20 Still that is an impressive win for Miss St. But Miss St was not a great team really.

30-22 win over Ole Miss for Auburn. Barely got by.

It's been no secret that Auburn has played a much much tougher SoS this year. FSU isn't even close to Auburn in the SoS department. The list pretty much only goes to highlight that fact IMO.
