decker hit the NFL map with train wreck tebow throwing to him

He actually hit the map with Orton throwing the ball. Tebow finished that year. He hit the "map" to the tune of just over 600 yards, the same amount of yards people are complaining about with Hankerson.

He had just over 1,000 with Manning last season.

Kyle Orton had thrown for over 3800 and 3600 yards in back to back seasons for Denver.

Brandon Lloyd had a monster year with Kyle "the train wreck" Orton throwing to him.

You, like many, have stated Orton is better than Romo...granted some say it in jest.

I'm not saying Decker is not good but he's a schematic fit kind of guy. I don't believe he fits the scheme here. He's on pace to receive 1300 yards this season and will demand a ton of money. He needs a Peyton and he can be great...RG3 is not that type of passer.

GK i dont believe i have ever printed that orton was better then romo with any seriousness to it other then to bash cowboy fans

for god's sake GK, JC threw for over 3000 yds a couple of times and that didnt make him all world here

orton is an avg qb at best

decker isnt anymore a scheme guy then VJ was and you were wrong about him

I said that Vincent Jackson had too many quiet games and he may be a product of the offense. I said he wasn't worth the risk and I still say that. He's also one mistake away from a year long suspension.

I will stick by my Decker statement too.

A 9x arrest guy on a league minimum contract with nothing guaranteed is a safer play.

the safer play is to take the guy with the higher character regardless of what you are paying him

No it's not. The guy with high character and getting 15 million in guarantees but gets hurt is not a safer bet than the guy you can cut and take little next to no hit prior cutting.
