It's not all about how it looks. The culture and overall atmosphere of Madison is second to none. I have no doubt Lincoln is a great city and passionate about the University but Madison is the perfect college town.

I must have missed when Lincoln built a 20 square mile lake and a 5 square mile lake in the middle of their city.
