This is his 9th day on the non-DL DL.

I just don't get it. He's been fragile, and we've been scuffling. Why not DL him, get him two weeks rest and rehab, and have something more than an empty uniform on the bench. I read something today that the DL may happen anyway, retroactive to May 2. What the hell? What good does that do us?

Not the first time the Giants have dragged their feet on putting a guy on the disabled list, in hopes to not dl him, only to have to dl him anyway.
