With his IQ being low, his desire to run the football before throw it in college, and only one year of major success, he looked like Akili Smith to me, and most other scramble first QB's.

I was wrong, and he turned out to be a pretty dang good QB. People are allowed a wiff from time to time. You of all people should know this Kramer, as your wiff rate is much much higher than mine.

He had a 21 on the Wonderlic -- About three points below the average. Tim Tebow had a 22 on the Wonderlic. I've never heard anyone question his intelligence.

I know.... But given that they don't administer and/or publish real intelligence tests for draft prospects, it seems to be the test that folks like to push when discussing a player's mental abilities.
