To shed more light on this, it is the agency's responsibility to pay their employees accordingly... but I would assume the organization knows about this at the concession stands.
Issue there is they are no longer allowed to get tips, which is basically the only reason to work an event in Seattle. The other part is the Mariners (and most professional teams) hire a non profit organization to all the concessions and they have to pay their employees shit because they owe the Mariners. It’s a racket and tips were the equalizer especially since literally no one claimed the tips on their taxes.
