I find his hatred for all things Sabres quite comical, and somewhat satisfying.

Not ALL things Sabre... brother in law is a Slugs fan, but also has 'Canes season tix with me, so I gotta like him.

I didn't even know giving an negative rep was an option until now. I haven't really been too active on here. I don't really think that post did much to deserve a negative rep but maybe that's a sign of how much better this board is than the old one. If something like that is considered a bad post in comparison to most other posts then this board is pretty good.

All that being said, people are indeed entitled to their opinions on here. And that's why the post wasn't deleted and the poster wasn't banned. I wouldn't read too much into this negative rep stuff. They are an option on this board so people are just as entitled to hand those out as people are entitled to give their opinions. I'll anxiously await my negative rep now.
