Saw this on the ESPN boards in regard tO Alexander Semin being dealt possibly. Personally I would not want him. If we trade for any Alexander it should be for Alexander Steen. Very nice center shoots left and a solid goal scorer. Don't think St. Louis has any desire to trade him however.

Of the four potential guys on the move (Semin Green, Schultz and Fehr), he is the one that I would be the least upset about. I think that the Caps have made some very shrewd moves this offesason and look forward to the upcoming year. I also think we raped Colorado....

as far as semin goes, he's too expensive.. and when a fan base is as passionate about trading a player as the caps fan base is about trading semin, you should be skeptical..
