All or nothing baseball at its finest.

With Alvarez heating up, they might have 6 guys in their lineup with 25+ homeruns.
And of course 5 guys with 100+ strikeouts as well. Two might top 175 strikeouts.

I don't think I have ever seen such a one-dimensional 100% powerhitters offense at every spot.
FUN to watch, but frustrating as hell when the homeruns don't happen and swinging strikeouts do instead.

That is not a good recipe for the playoffs IMO when you're facing top of the line pitching and runs are hard to come by.

Early 90s Tigers.

1991 Tigers lead the AL in Home Runs, Walks, and Strikeouts. I believe they were the first team to strikeout 1000+ times in a season.

Lmao. Sit the fuck down Headley.

Maybe this will be the first step in renewing the Yanks-Sox rivalry.

Another good game from Porcello. He's now pitched 25 innings in his last 3 starts and is averaging a hair under 7 IP per start.

Small sample size of course, but Benintendi hasn't looked overwhelmed at the plate so far in the majors.
