I think Flacco would be much better with AJ Green on his team. And AJ would be happier as well.

I'm glad that AJ's still faking his concussion because now we'll get to see how improved the offense is without him

This just gives us another excuse to suck in the playoffs.......Hobson probably already has his epitaph ready for Sunday around 5 pm,

Everything is setting up for an embarrassing loss, which means they'll probably win

This is a good point. Most of us bitch about AJ (present company included), but it's going to be pretty sad to watch this offense without him in a playoff game. I suppose our only real hope is to get up early behind the running game and continue pounding the ball. This would assume we had a defense that could stop the Colts.... Not a strong possibility.

I said this after the Patriots game, and I'll say it again, AJ Green has already moved on mentally from the Bengals. He has no desire to continue to waste his premiere talent and jeopardize his health playing with the three ring circus of Brown/Marvin/Dalton. This "concussion" is a way to avoid being attached to this impeding playoff cluster fuck. He will not resign with the Bengals once he hits free agency. Granted this is a few years away.

That said, Green is still a pussy and a choke artist. No matter how ungodly gifted he is as a WR.

I'm in the same group. I remember right after the SD playoff loss last season complaining he got a pass for dropping what could have been a huge TD in the 4th quarter to keep the Bengals in the game. the whole team imploded and somehow only Dalton got any blame. with that said Green's one of a handful of elite WRs who demands certain coverages and opens up the field for everyone else on the offense. hill and/or bernard have to go off for the Bengals to win the game now. this is a huge loss

What I'd really like to see is the team score in the second half. I think they've scored like 17 points or something in the second halves of all of Marvin's playoff games combined

AJ Green is our worst receiver, so sayeth the concensus of the board. therefore he is obsolete and doesn't matter. we can't have it both ways.

A few weeks ago, I was saying we wouldn't beat Pittsburgh and would probably lose in Indy.

It's painful being so insightful sometimes.

although I give us a 39% chance of winning ... which means it will be dumb luck if we do. stranger things have happened. It's about time Dalton and Marvin get one fluke playoff win so people can point at that one playoff win and talk endlessly about how far they have progressed and how we are obviously turning the corner. for that reason alone, I believe we are going to win this one. eventually we play at Denver or at NE and the world will be righted again.

ok, fine he's a good decoy if he's hurt (NFL defenses know Dalton's going to throw wild pitches to him even if he's double covered and that gives them a chance for an INT)

just thought it was ironic.
he sucks ass... but we need him

just run the damned ball.

Jeremy Hill to the rescue.

Dalton makes about 10 dump off passes to Bernard or Gresham.
he can manage that somehow, even though I have trouble believing he can talk and breath at the same time.

If I'm Indy I put everyone in the box and dare Dalton to try and throw it over them.

If Indy plays it right it's going to be very hard for Hill to get anything at all going.
