But lately I'm finding myself becoming less adventurous with some of the newer stuff out there. I've bought products that were just awful and felt like I've wasted my money. I'd rather keep getting stuff that I know I will enjoy.

Same. That's why if I go to a brew pub, I almost always start with a flight. Less costly of a mistake.

I've had several of those and they are very good!

The ones in bold being my favorites on the list.

I was very fortunate to have a friend go back home to CA for Christmas this year and she was able to send some Pliny here.

Local micro here rolled out a Dunkel some time ago.

All Day at 7? Come on.... It's a solid, cheaper beer to crush, but it's not top 25.


Side note, at New Holland, they had a Dragon's Milk flight. Amazing. I'd have to go back to my Untapped to see what they were exactly, but 4 or 5 different barrel aged DMs.

I;'m not saying you are a hipster, so I don't want this to be a "thing."

But for a LARGE number of folks who drink boring beer and don't know shit, this is straight out of the hipster stereotype manual - page 1, line 3 - Drink boutique beers listed from Zymurgy, then keep score on how many beers you have had from Zymurgy. line 4 - Bonus - tweet or take pictures of said beers and distribute. Line 5 - put on a skirt and go wine tasting.

Ghost in the Machine from Parish Brewing down here in Louisiana is good enough to crack that list
Sunkatcher from Southern Prohibition is a fantastic beer as well
