2nd time Flacco did a good job of buying time to convert the 3rd down. Receiver had help from the defender who fell. Pitta was held prior to the throw too.

I thought he did as well until I saw the last shot along the sideline where it looked like there may have been a fraction of space between his foot and sideline. You really couldn't tell FOR SURE one way or the other.
