If I were the Cavaliers I'd be chompin' at the bit for an AEC foe. You just know if that happens and Virginia wins, it'll be one of more satisfying 1st Round wins they've had in a while.

Wofford is a legit top 20 team. I'm not advocating for Furman or UNCG to make the NCAAT (even though it wouldn't hurt my feelings if they did make it in as an at-large), but getting swept by Wofford isn't the worst thing in the world.

three of the four high majors they lost to are top 20 teams as well. the fourth is a probable NCAAT team.

and tbh, when I said Wofford was a top 20 team, I was going by their NET and kenpom ranking.

High majors is a bit of a silly way to put it, the Pac-12 is still considered a conference with "high majors"

The SoCon was actually better than the Pac-12 this year and because of name and name only the Pac-12 is going to get more bids

Vermont gave Louisville all they could handle on the road and gave Kansas a challenge for a lot of the game before falling apart late....and this was when Kansas was at full-strength

Vermont's going to make whoever they play sweat, don't know if they'll win but they will be tough
