Well, it looks like the largest arms on the D-line season is not over just yet ...
It appears Adam Carriker’s season isn’t over after all.
The Washington Redskins notified PFT that a report from the Washington Times we cited stating that Carriker’s season had come to a close was incorrect and that Carriker returned to practice for the team on Tuesday.
Carriker has been on the physically unable to perform for the Redskins since the start of training camp after having quadriceps surgery in July. The Redskins have a three-week window that Carriker can practice with the team before they have to add him to their active roster on place him on injured reserve.
Carriker hasn’t played since Week 3 of the 2012 season when he suffered a torn quadriceps and was placed on injured reserve.
Carriker has 125 tackles and nine sacks in six seasons with the Redskins and St. Louis Rams.
