Meh. Losing sucks regardless of score. I remember a few games where all we managed was a field goal. Technically not a shutout, but it really doesn’t matter.
Meaningless list.
No team listed has won a natty in the last decade.

Yup. Nebraska kicked a meaningless FG in garbage time a few years ago to avoid the shutout.
.
I count two games last year Michigan State held their opponent to single digits and still lost the game.I counted 11 times we’ve been held to single digits since our last shutout loss(we won one of them)
Fuck arizona state mmmmkay
Well more than 'a few years ago'. It was 15. Bill Callahan's first season.
Nebraska @ Oklahoma 2004
Huskers kicked a FG with :33 remaining. Final Oklahoma 30-3.

Is that the last team to shut Nebraska out? I was curious.
A few years ago Ohio St smacked us 62-3, he might be talking about that.
Last for ND was 2008. Fucking Weis.
Fuck arizona state mmmmkay
I was at that game at the Coliseum when Notre Dame under Weis with Jimmy Clausen didn't get a first down till late in the third quarter. Not sure what the final score was for that one.
