IU's first true away game @ Cuse, not ideal when you have an extremely young team. Considering this game a growing experience.

Although I've been paying alittle bit of attention to Cuse and they don't look much more polished than us, so idk. Still, I think home court makes the difference.

If this were last year, I would not be very confident about Wisconsin going into Virginia and getting a W. I feel completely different about it this year. There is just something about this team that really impresses me. I always thought the Badgers biggest problem (and while I didn't think their style was horrible to watch) was that it was too predictable. Nowadays, you never know if the Badgers are going to slow down and run 30 off the shot clock or if they are going to run up-and-down the court. The guards are stronger and more athletic and while I don't think Kaminsky is quite the defender that Bergeren was, he seems like a more aggressive offensive player (he seems to have a few more offensive tools).

The one thing that does also give me hope is that it isn't like the Cavaliers are unbeatable at home. They did lose a closely contested game with Virginia Commonwealth, losing on a game-winning shot with only seconds remaining.

It'll be a good game. If this were last year, I'd say Virginia has this in the bag. Although, I really like how aggressive this Wisconsin team is on offense and I'm highly interested in seeing how this game plays out.

No doubt youth is going to be a factor, but it's much more than that. IU will be forced to play in the half-court against the same Syracuse zone that had IU's much more experienced team tied in knots last March. I'd like to believe an upset is possible, but....

lol that game was absolutely not a spanking. Malik Smith over shot the open man on a breakaway that would have tied the game with under 2 minutes left. That game was close throughout.

That said, Cuse looks like they could be really dangerous this year once they get it all figured out. I'm think Grant will be insane by February.

Appreciate the MU love even though were struggling right now. Much easier to cheer on the Cuse now that they are in the ACC.
