A real fight for regular season snaps!

Last night we witnessed a coming out party that certainly is worth talking about. Matt Jones is quickly becoming impossible for his coaches to ignore. If nothing else he is, by his play, cutting into the number of snaps that current starter A. Morris has earned as the workhorse here. It is evident that Jones is quicker than Morris and the power that he displayed scoring gives this team something that it has lacked for some time. Not to imply that Morris won't get enough work, he will, but, as stated, right now it appears that Matt Jones has done enough to significantly cut into Morris's opportunities. Your thoughts?

he is good to have and it makes AM's departure next season easier to swallow but lets see how durable this kid is first. . he knocked himself out game one and his knees have been dinged up as well

but so far so good and having that dynamic a weapon should help the skins offense

no , perhaps they know what AM is and want to see jones

My prediction is that he's the starter soon enough and Alf moves on when his contract is up.

I'm not so sure that he becomes the starter, we will definitely see him on goal line and short yardage situations.
