In a perfect world, you might believe you draft a QB every year, but the draft is not static, you can't predict how things will fall, and if when it's your turn to pick, your top-rated QB on the board has 27 players in front of him that are higher ranked(BPA) you don't pick the fucking QB just because of some shitty mantra.
