What do the Giants need to see from Sandoval? At this point, why play him at 3rd at all?

I would rather see Jones get PT at 3B. He is a potential piece for this team's future. Invest in that. Sandoval is a plus defending, no hitting tubba goo. The only way he belongs on any MLB team next year is if he catches on with a non-contending team with absolutely zero other options at 3B. No way he should be on a 40-man through the off season. The Giants should hand the job to Arroyo assuming they don't go out of org (Nunez is a legit possibility), but Sandoval does not belong in the convo.

Why he is still getting 3B time, over Jones, is a complete mystery. Hell, play KT or Calixte over goo-man...

I was about to add to your rant (and rant some more about Gomez up but not some other pitchers) and then I asked myself, "Why even bother?". The FO's moves make no sense to me.
