Gearrin left the team so they've all collectively took it upon themselves to pitch in, apparently

I thought I'd share where the Giants are at in the race for 1st pick in the 2019 draft. They've been surging this month. Today, they sit . Here's a look at the "pennant" race:
Baltimore 41-100 -
Kansas City 46-95 5
San Diego 56-86 14.5
White Sox 56-85 15
Miami 56-85 15
Detroit 58-83 17
Cincinnati 59-82 18
Texas 61-79 20.5
Mets 63-77 22.5
Minnesota 63-76 23
Toronto 64-77 23
Giants 68-74 26.5
Anaheim 69-72 28
Washington 69-72 28
Pittsburgh 70-71 29

Baltimore pretty much has the 1st pick locked down. Kansas City has an outside chance but they've been winning too much recently. The Giants, with their recent play, have a good shot at the 8th pick but have some stiff competition. Of course, considering their September, the Giants may be able to get as high as the 3rd pick!

Panda is hurt, though.
That is true but it has been longer than a week since he's thrown in a game. His arm would definitely be "fresh".

Edit: A proper response, as a tzill alt, would be something like "I'll cut you".

Giants are 4-32 with RISP in September, having now played 4 games in hitters' parks.

They had 10 walks in 6 games.

Their post-ASB slash line is an atrocious: .220/.276/.336

But really, I couldn't care less.

The weaklink pitching is really killing this team.

Nah. I'd have swung at the first pitch. A bad habit that only stopped when I stopped playing baseball/softball.
So you broke the habit...

Congrats, Stokes. I am proud of you.

2 hits in 6 inn and 8 Ks and a QS for DHo. Is it safe to say that Holland's name will no longer be bastardized with a fecal reference?
