Bucs are giving the Saints all they want and more. If Tampa doesn't get called for foolish penalties all game they're blowing out the Saints. They also beat the Jets if they don't commit a foolish penalty last week.

Tampa has shown they can hang. They have a MUCH improved defense. Consistent play from Freeman could spell some success for them this year. Offense didn't show up last week and they commit a foolish penalty and lose. This week they've done just enough so far but again TONS of foolish penalties.
