9/15 GDT Bombers @ Trolleydodgers

I have been perturbed by a great many things this season. One is my perception (which probably is not backed up by stats) is that Pence hits best when it doesn't matter. When the team is already up by a bunch of runs, or too far out of the game, that's when he drives in runs. My perception is that while he works hard, his stats are "soft". Gonna have to spend some time checking this out.

Sure enjoying this tear he is on, though. He may get to 30 homers the way he is swinging!

I think we went 8-17 in July. Here are his numbers for July.

I couldn't find the risp for july but I bet is was abysmal. I get that players go through ups and downs, but we needed some pop at that time and he didn't produce.
