Craw gets a blow and EA moves to his natural position. Rook gets a start at 2b.
Gomes destroys Bum, Johnson with ownage as well. No G with more than 4 AB v. Perez.

Chop those chopping chops....5-1 good guys.

Defensively, I like EA/KT better than Craw/EA. EA does not look super comfortable at 2B, and I am assuming KT is good there. He has a good defensive reputation.

Agreed, and moreover EA has a sterling rep as a SS. He never looked comfortable at 2b, which probably dooms him as a utility guy, especially with Cabrera and Franny in AAA.

The Giants are an aggressive-hitting team.

I think we need to accept that.

Anyone else think that was one of the best renditions of the national anthem ever?

Lefties hitting .302 vs. Perez. (and .853 OPS) Wouldn't have guessed that after seeing Blanco and Aoki at-bats.

It seems like Pence has been either hitting into a double play, or hitting one over the fences. I know that's his 3rd DP in 4 games.

Big AB here for the kid. He's not going to see much to hit. BUT, Bum does deserve some respect.

Very impressive. Tomlinson didn't seem to be picking up the ball well. Maybe he was just guessing incorrectly.

As Kruk and Kuip said, his two-out approach looked Duffy-esqe.
