Yup, 8 straight. We should also thank the Astros - we are 8-1 against them this year.

I will sure miss the Houston Lastros. They should stay in the NL. I don't like the move by MLB. It will force interleague play all season. I'm sure the A's are licking their chops right now, though.

They'll get nothing and like it! still have a lot of game against em.

They are deemed the lesser of two evils for now but boy have they been doing us a solid by beating up on the LA dollars.

Okay, I guess Christmas cards from Mike Krukow will have to do. I've heard Kruk say that many times in the past, but not lately.

Pill , Nady , Huff , Penny , Loux & Machi called up

Machi was electric in Spring Training, which is something we lack in our Pen (except Casilla).

Blanco has forced Sabean's hand on Nady, Pill and Huff will provide depth and Penny and Loux are trash.

The Squirrels are out of post-season contention and Heston is scheduled to start the last game of their season on Sep 3rd. He was also just named the 2012 Eastern League Pitcher of the Year. Congrats Chris!
