Today SHOULD be out best chance for a win. Tomorrow should be a near toss-up, and Wednesday will be a challenge.

Once Panik gets back we have a fighting chance with Byrd sorta kinda filling in for Pence. Pence may not get back anytime soon....

If Pence is out for the season, Tomlinson will likely be moved to the OF. His bat is too important not to have in there.

Beat me to it. We discussed this yesterday. Aoki's August has been rough (OBP-wise).

His slugging has been fine, for a 6 hitter. But as a lead off guy, he has been failing.

Sounds like the Giants are talking to the Sox about Alejandro De Aza. Primarily a left bat, extra outfielder for the stretch run.

He will not win, but he will defiantly finish top 10, which is pretty elite.

Huff was 8th in '10. I consider that a candidate.
