At first I thought your answer was a joke (and a pretty funny one at that), selecting all the players who were no longer available. Was Sanchez catching? Uggla playing 2B? Belt playing first?

We have HicKs at 2B and Colvin in Left. Morse is at first, and Pagan in center. We should be able to simply put Panick a 2B and Blanco in Left.

HicKs is due up second, so I don't see anything fancy needed with the subs.
