They HAVE to address that. That is BS.

They overturn it! You could tell that the Mets' fans knew it too as they booed the replay while the umpires were on conference with the office.

If you want to consider that an out, than no runner could ever be called out, or safe, for that matter. They never actually touch the base, nor are they ever tagged by the fielder. And on force plays, the fielder never actually comes in contact with the bag.
