Former Giant Luis Castillo is on the mound for the Reds. Had a pretty brutal start but he's been much better lately. Throws 100 mph and has a nasty changeup.

Was traded for McGehee once upon a time

Luis Castillo is 8th in baseball with average fastball velocity at 96.2 mph

Luis Severino is tops at 98.0 mph

edit: Zach Wheeler is 6th at 96.4 mph

Gorkys...

You aren’t hitting like an all-star anymore. That means you can’t play defense like that and expect to play.

Well we had a small lead for a couple of innings.

It seems like the Giants have given up more seeing-eye-singles this year than they are getting (by a good margin) and getting robbed by exceptional plays more (by a good margin).

No way of checking that, of course, but I would love to see if that were accurate or not.

Reds have scored more runs in this inning than the Giants will the entire series.

Well, there is a way if you pay for it

Claims of being a .500 team are greatly exaggerated.

On a more positive note though, the dogs balked in the walk off last night.:pound::pound:
