Can you say "short sample size"? Also, Panik kind of sucks this year, we needed middle infield help. Picking up an all-star was a plus move IMO

Getting the series win is getting a pretty big monkey off this teams back. The hitting has been painful to watch for the last two games, but there ARE signs of life (Monday, for example).

Taking a series win and now playing at home should HELP get this team right.

No because the hitting has been as bad or worse. You are now married to your silly hashtag, no matter how wrong that is. Was the pitching fairly weak for 2+ weeks after the ASB? Of course. Was it the weakest part of the slump, the weak link? Nope. And the last week it has been quite solid, while the true weak link the hitting is still not fixed

We can agree there. However, I don't really look at how good/awful the hitting is following my team. For me, it's the pitching, and mostly the SP that holds my interest.

Looking back, basically the entire second half). 2013 it was June. 2012 it was the whole second half. 2011........... 2010 it was July. Looking back at Posey's numbers, he was fucking baller. Temporarily forgot just how great he was. He's kinda meddling this year, unless he goes on his hot-streak.

He did nice today, and good on Boch to pull him early to make sure he gets out clean. The way the bully has been throwing of late allowed Boch to make the move.
