I'm more annoyed with Belt as opposed to Romo to be frank. Abreu and Belt with costly errors tonight. The defense has been horrible this season.

Oh I already ranted about Belt haha just not on here. I can't stand Abreu (posts on Page 2) but just saw Romo's reaction and can't stand the smiling

Giants fall to 0-4 post-ASB when not scoring first, and 16-39 for the season. If that isn't a telling stat, I don't know what is.

Not our year, fellas.

Our record is now WORSE than the Chubs, and they are sellers. What does that mean for us? We'll continue to stand pat and allow SabeySabes to dumpster dive for other team's throw-aways? Time to rethink that strategy, methinks.

I just realized the Cubs have a better record than us. Holy Shit, we're bad! I will never give up until the team gives up. It's gonna be interesting the next few days to see if we will be sellers or buyers.

Giants hold the 7th Pick in the 2014 MLB Draft as of today. Now if only we could trade away Pence, Lincecum, Lopez we could build our farm system even more.

2014:
We put Pegs in LF or maybe Brown. RF maybe sign a guy.
Bring back Voges as No.5 guy, fill the No.3 and 4 spot in our rotation.

On a night when all the teams ahead of us win, we have 2 outs and 2 strikes up one with our closer, he induces a groundball and Belt boots it. Rough. Fucking. Night.

That was an awful way to lose.

Yup.

Still, good teams find a way to win.

Right now, we are a very, very, very bad team. We are getting creative at finding ways to lose.

Pitching? Good tonight until the bullpen got into the game.

Hitting? Pathetic, as usual, though did mount a two run rally late.

Fielding? Ugh. Giants are 3-17 when committing 2 or more errors in a game this season. How'd we ever win those three? Probably all in April. Actually, we won two of the 2 error games recently, but the one before that was in April.

Another creative way to lose a game by a team getting ready to check out on a fucking lousy, garbage, abortion of a season that can't end fast enough. The defense is beyond a circus act.

I have been opposed to selling, it's just something this regime doesn't do. I keep saying lets wait to see it turn around, but damn I see no life right now. They are really making me lean towards selling and for a quick re-build of the farm system. It might be much better for the long haul.

Mighty Midgets have now scored 18 runs in 8 post-ASB games. That works out to, ah, er, 2.25 runs per game. Awwwwwfullllllll. And no one seems to have any sense of urgency, nor a clue as to how to fix it.

It will not do any good this season, but we need to let Bam Bam walk. The hitting has gone deep south under his watch this season. Barely hitting over .210 with RISP since May. He hasn't a clue. Or the hitters have tuned him out.

Injuries? Heh. This is essentially the team that won the WS last year. Yeah Oxy is out, but is he that much of a difference?

The poor record in games where 2 or more errors are committed is to be expected. What is troubling is that we have had 20 such games. Yikes!

I wonder what happened to Pence and Crawford. They started off so great this season at the plate. They've really fallen off, especially Crawford. Any time Crawford comes up with men on, I just expect a pop out or weak grounder. He seems to only get hits when no one is on.

Dunning took the news of his demotion very well, apparently. Understands the decision. When Boch called him in and broke the news, he responded with "Gosh, I thought you were going to ask me to play second base"

Oooooooo

Too soon?

I feel bad for Belt in a situation like this. He should have made the play, yes. But this is the last thing he needed for his confidence. I was really hoping he was going to get a hit or RBI in the 9th there, for a few reasons.

Something positive to think about, I guess. If we do have a high pick, I just hope we don't blow it.

Carlos Rodon, LHP (NC State): You could have make an argument for Rodon going 1:1 this year. His stuff, K rate, polish, and mechanics all point to him being a strong 1 or 2 starter.
Trea Turner, SS (NC State): Strong hit tool and approach with plus speed up the middle, all of which make up for just around solid power potential.
Alex Jackson, INF/C (California HS): The most complete high school player available. It seems likely that teams would prefer him at third once he goes pro, even though he’s quite good behind the plate.
Michael Gettys- OF/RHP, Gainesville (GA) HS
Put on a show at the National Showcase. 6.43 60, 100 MPH from the OF, touched
94 on the mound. Can really hit!
Touki Toussaint- RHP, Coral Springs Christian Academy (FL) Best pitcher in the country, has touched 97 with a plus CB
Jacob Gatewood SS, Clovis (CA) HS
Huge power potential. Has all the tools. Has the potential to end the year as the #1 HS player in the country.

Just a few of the top names. A lot more SP in the Top 10 but some big bats

VERY rough game for BB9. He makes the out at the plate, even though it was a fluke play, and he pulls the Buckner in the 9th.

Worse game, all said, than his 5 K game.
