I get that Oracle is a tough place to hit, but the Chubbs hit three homers today, and the Giants hit none. And we blame the ballpark?!?

So, no stand out hitters save for Dick, but doing nicely as a team.

Oh, Beedung...just when we were getting excited about you.

See I don't mind this start. Obviously mediocre but not some disaster where he got lit up.

4 runs in almost 6 innings, too many hits but only 1 walk to go with 7Ks, and with Beede the walks are key

So a rough start but well within the norm of a rookie pitcher figuring it out. He didn't look overmatched.

When the year started we thought it was going to be all about seeing what we had in our youngsters, and Beede was a main one. The last couple starts have me feeling pretty good about him.

Day off for the guys. 14 games in 13 days, finished with an 11-3 record and 6 of those were extra inning games. Great run. Hope they enjoy the day off and the pen gets re-energized.
