Puds hitting .377 against Moses, although nobody with more than 8 ABs.
Shark with ownage on Despaigne.

Yeah, that's a part of it. Another part is Oxy's horrible defense. Another is our epic struggle vs. Despaigne and in PetCo. Finally, there's my gut that says we're going to take a hacktastic approach to hitting tonight.

This team is extra streaky this year, we just came off a 6 game win streak...

One supposed 'rule' of baseball gambling is when a team reverses a 5 game or longer streak (wins after losing 5+ in a row or loses after winning 5+ in a row), bet them to repeat the same thing the next day (another win or loss)

He has been getting so much shit the last few years for never playing hurt, you gotta figure that this year he attempting to be superman to break that rep.

I think he's playing hurt, and doing so because he's not AS hurt as Pence (was) or Aoki (is). He knows the team would've been that much more screwed if he went on the DL. So he manned up and I have a ton of respect for him. No doubt when Aoki gets back he will go on the DL.

By the way, on the radio today they said Lincecum has a degenerative hip thing they are looking at, so he may be DL'ed a lot longer which is probably for the best.

Yea. That opens the door for a 60 trip if they need the roster slot. Right now they are at 39, though, so I doubt that will be an issue.

I wasn't too concerned with his roster spot. He doesn't have to come off the 15 until the Gs are ready. This tale opens the door for more, though.
