Hes really, really good…coachable, smart…talented. hes learning his craft, and the HR power will come.

NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) -

New Haven police are blocking off streets after the discovery of human legs on Wednesday morning.

A pair of human legs was found along a fence in thick foliage near the State Street Railroad Station on Court Street late Wednesday morning, according to police.

Court and State streets were blocked off for the police investigation.

Police said it is unclear how long the legs were in that area.

Someone from the office of the chief medical examiner was called to the gather the human body parts. They will determine the age, gender and race of the victim, police said.

No other body parts have been located by police.

Police said an unidentified man approached an officer about the discovery and brought that officer to area where the legs were found.

New Haven police Major Crimes Division and the Bureau of Investigation are investigating the incident. Police said they will looking in reports of missing persons to identify the victim.
