I have been to a couple of Giants games this season. And by my estimate, the stadium has been half full or less for each game. It is a really bad look. I know they count tickets sold, and lots of seats are "owned" by local businesses.

It looks like Dodger Stadium before the 3rd inning!

I think they would be concerned only about the optics. Teams make much more money off tv deals than turn style spins.

The optics are terrible right now.

This is NOT a good look, though a beautiful ballpark and a lovely SF day. Though not like the "crowds" of 800 back in the day at the Stick, when there were more seagulls and hot dog wrappers than fans.
