Is there ANYTHING more annoying than that “Woo” chant on every pitch? If it is a bunch of 5th graders, than alright. I get it. But 6th grade and older should know better.

Even if the runner at 1st would have beaten the throw, the replay shows that the runner had stopped at 3rd. The runner does not score if Craw does not throw the ball away.

But does the runner score on the fly ball from the next batter? If the runner makes 1st base regardless, then the run should count.

Every time I see him or hear his name, I think of Mac - as in, this guy took his roster spot, doing what Mac was supposed to do. Yet, Yaz is actually doing it. I'm starting to like this "kid" (I guess FZ was hoping to get lightning in a bottle twice from Baltimore with Rickard).

I was squirming in my seat watching Beede pitch tonight. It was a nice change of pace watching the guys from the bullpen. I really hope Beede can get it together but I'm starting to have my doubts. He may work out as a relief pitcher but he'll still need some work for that to even be successful.
