The links were helpful my friend thanks you. I would have called you but your phone broke up as you were leaving your number.

I'm still a bit sore but have been walking more and more each day and going back to my place Friday. The diet takes a bit of getting used to but I am getting my weight down and that's a good thing. I was up to 235-240 and even at 6'2" that is too much.

I will be working out with my son once I'm back to normal, he is a personal fitness trainer and PT. 6'2 and built like a brick shithouse. His body fat is probably < 3 % he also has a brown belt in Karate. Should be fun.

Does Mr. Fleming still have a job? I mean he only got one reference to an NBA player in there. I thought ESPNBA had a five reference rule when talking about hockey.

He got a few NFL plugs in there, so they gave him a pass on the NBA requirement.
