1. Make sure you have a reeeeeeeeeealllly shitty life. Pick up a remedial job, so that what little soul you had left after the divorce you probably had is gone completely... It's the only way to develop true self loathing.

2. Once you've built up enough self hate over that, find a message board to use as an outlet. Make sure that most of the posters are dullards who will not see you for what you truly are.

3. There will be a few posters who aren't morons. They will likely call you on your bullshit and see you for what you really are. No matter. As long as the dullards outnumber the intelligent posters, banning is not a possibility. Thus allowing you to continue on using the board as your personal lavatory to shit out all your self hate all over as many people as possible. Doing this in real life would never work, as you are at the bottom of the totem pole and would either
