Billy Hamilton, to me, is the perfect example of allowing speed to handicap your line up. The dude has the worst on base percentage of any hitter in their lineup (outside of the pitcher) and yet he hits first because he is fast. Of course, in the past three years, he has slashed .313/.328/.453 against the Giants. But outside of playing the Giants, why put him batting first?

It wasn't that long ago that these guys were the BEST team in all of baseball. And the roster wasn't THAT different.
