Sure, but I don't know if you realized it but the Giants are running an experiment right now. What would it look like if all 5 of your starting pitchers are not legitimate major leaguers?

Even the bad teams have one good pitcher usually.

I think teams do that every year. Typically, the result is a high draft pick the next year.
