49ers declared RB Brandon Jacobs, NT Isaac Sopoaga, QB Scott Tolzien, WR A.J. Jenkins, RB LaMichael James, OG Josh Looney, and TE/FB Gijon Robinson inactive for Week 4 against the Jets.
