i expect we will be competitive . i think the team will come out and fight hard . and i expect that after 2 weeks in a row of Rg3 failing in the last moments , that he will come through like he did vs the chargers and bears if that scenario comes to pass

Skinsdad, I can understand the optimism... That is who you have generally been over the last 7-10 years we have known each other after all. But we have pretty much shown who we are the majority of this season. More often than not we are playing not to lose or to catch up. Most frustrating part is, with all the supposed good Shanahan has done, we are infact the same old Redskins. Having a rough year, havent won at home in ten games.... Havent won period in 19 games....

No worries. The Skins are up next and they are every ones feel good game.

the big difference between the 2 teams is the defense . the 49ers have a good one and ours is awful

Offense = advantage skins (mitigated somewhat by facing a very good defense)
Defense = big advantage SF
STs = huge advantage SF

WC team coming east and we do play at home, which is a help. I can't see us winning this game, but for some reason, it wouldn't shock me if we did either.

Once again, my primary desire is to see a complete game, with improved execution and tackling. A few TOs in our favor and I really like our chances.
