so...you disagree about being chicken shit about all this. LOL
Yes I disagree, but I'm not one who thinks my team needs to face a 100% healthy team. If he comes back after our game great. I know the Cowboys have gone into plenty of games injured and we got no sympathy.

Injuries are a HUGE part of this game. Team narrative's chance weekly.

The Niners offense looks less dynamic without CMC, and the notion that they could just win without him with Jordan Mason is looking suspect.

They won opening day, but a surprisingly solid Vikings team gave them some issues yesterday. Mason was fine, but he doesn't give them the same level of threat as a runner and certainly lacks the passing game impact of McCaffrey.

What they miss WAY more than CMC is a productive Aiyuk.

You have to go back to early 2021 to find a 2 games span where he only put up 71 yards like he has so far in the 2 games to start this season.

That too but honestly I never considered Aiyuk that great. The Niners pass game is not explosive.

And now Deebo is out? Hmm, may be panic time in Frisco.

Year after you lose the Super Bowl. One of the strongest indicators out there. Season was cooked before it started.

It’s hard to stay healthy when you go to the title game and then the Super Bowl in back to back seasons. These guys have a lot of miles on their odometer.

True. I keep wondering when the 9ers are gonna start getting the injury bug. When you keep going deep in the playoffs and reach the Super Bowl, miles pile up on these guys.

The one position you can keep going with is QB since they are insanely protected but a lot of what Purdy does is very reliant on an ELITE supporting cast. I don't think he's the answer on a $60M contract and sacrificing positions everywhere else... All he's played with is a plug/play system. Most QBs were succeed with the weapons/defense he had + Seattle/ARZ were going through rebuild.

That's part of the reason that I do not wish to see the regular season extended.

A little early to panic.

That Rams are facing some serious attrition and top to bottom, that division is not great anyways.

Exactly.

No time to panic.

A couple of injuries and they only lost by a single score to one of the the elite teams in the NFL.

Not a lot of teams around the league could beat that aforementioned elite NFL team without their star RB. Let along keep it within one score of that aforementioned elite team. Really is a testament to the 49ers talent that they were able to make it a game against that aforementioned elite team.

49ers RB Christian McCaffrey is seeing a specialist in Germany regarding his Achilles tendinitis.

The Chiefs seem OK?

Hawks are 3-0 and the rest of the division may be tied at 1-2, but all should be very competitive when healthy.

Well son of a bitch.

One of the most entertaining guys to watch in the NFL. And certainly the best player on my fantasy football team.

Hopefully he can be ready for the playoffs.

It's clickbait.

The article in question asked the Anaheim Ducks medical director his opinion and he basically said IF he has micro tears then it could be a couple of months before he's good to go.

Shanahan said on the radio today they are planning on hitting the rehab harder to see how he responds.

So it could still be something that takes months to heal but nothing like that has been announced and I doubt Shanahan would be saying they are going to ramp up his rehab if he knew it was definitely going to take months.
