I am guessing this was because he was not breaking the rules of the game

the gun was registered, the money was from his paycheck as records showed. The pot was the issue, that is how it broke down from a legal standpoint. Guion had a little under thirteen ounces. I somewhat recall another NFL player getting caught with about 20 lbs some years ago and was shocked at how little he got out of it. If I recall right I think it was a Steeler, maybe someone out there remembers what I am talking about , it was maybe six years ago give or take.
