3 years ago we lost Luc Bourdon (now 8)

Really sad and tragic event...He looked like he was well on his way to a long NHL career as well.

puckdaddy had the emotional story about Kris Letang this morning which was very tough to read

they were talking about it on the radio today ... the accident doesnt happen and the team doesnt trade for Ballard ... all the what ifs

At the time I didn't realize the back story to Letang in '08. It was a rough read...that had to be a really, really tough part of his life. To lose your best friend is hard enough...for it to happen when it did. I wouldn't be able to function let alone play hockey.
