Going into game 5 of the east finals, Celtics after a loss were 5-0 and beating teams by over +17

It was close to what teams like the Durant warriors were doing

Tatum also averaged 33PPG during that stint

Look clown...there is only 1 reason to minimize one player when trying to build up another player and that is the player that you are trying to build up, doesn't have the resume to match the guy you're trying compare him to.

In other words, when you have to tear someone down in your comparison to make it work...you've already lost.

There are 3...maaaaybe 4 players who are legitimately in the GOAT convo and Tatum is not 1 of them, nor is he likely ever to be.

That doesn't mean he's not a great player or not a future Hall of Famer...it just means that like a whole lot of other great players, he isn't in that group of 3-4 guys.

At their age 23 season, nobody is a goat level player. But I have reasons to believe he will be. He already tied Kobe for most points at age 24 (and Kobe played with f'n Shaq).

The playoff run that tatum is currently on can also hold its own with any playoff run in history (assuming he finishes warriors off in dominant fashion).
