Some stuff I heard on the broadcast and postgame radio:

Hicks got 90 tickets for family and friends and it showed...put on weight in the gym he looks ready to dominate all year instead of half
Wilmer leads the NL in RBIs with 8 (De La Cruz might have passed him with 7 today alone)...give that dude a torpedo bat
3 SBs today, Posey wasn't kidding about aggressive baseball
Erik Miller had one batter but it was a key moment, they make it 5-2 and finally showing life, crowd into it, one of the best hitters in baseball up with a guy on (Alvarez) and he crushes lefties even though he is one....960 OPS vs lefties...and Miller just dominates him on 4 pitches for the K
Chapman with more gold glovin', Adames not hitting yet but he is playing great at SS
@Stokes1931 Giants lead the league I think in RISP with .400

NOW REMEMBER....it's 4 freaking games, 4 good ones...there will be bad ones, and losing streaks, and all the rest...but FP on the postgame noted this is just a continuation of spring training...they were playing great there and now they still are. This team CAN BE pretty good...might not be but it's visible and reachable

Pitching...defense...baserunning...timely hits...we've seen that movie before a few times...

Nice W. Webby tomorrow I believe.
Yeah on normal rest, which is not unusual, then instead of JV they go Roupp Wednesday so JV can pitch the home opener.

On the other hand, the Dodgers actually seem capable of winning 120 games LOL...the playoffs will be a bit less of a crap shoot than usual this year IMO

Agreed on all points. Only hiccup was Bivens.

Oh, and a tiny hiccup by Wilmer as well, but dude drove in four. Can't be too upset.

Spider tomorrow; lets take the series.

By the way we're spoiled in the Bay Area, the Giants broadcasters are still the best in baseball, Jon Miller is GOAT, Kruk and Kuip, Fleming, so much better than other cities

I complain about Kruk a lot because of his EXTREME homerism. But he is great when it comes to the game itself. I genuinely believe all 4 of those guys are future HOFers (Jon, of course is already there)
